Easter Eggs - Step by Step for Online Classes

I made these Easter eggs with a group of first graders. As most eveybody is now, we are also having our classes online via Zoom. It's somewhat hard to come up with crafts that don't require mom and dad to feel frustrated because they don't have the material, so I was rather pleased when this one worked! All they had to do was follow the pictures. I first asked them to draw three big ovals with any color of their choosing. They had been studying shapes so this was a perfect activity to revisit the vocabulary. I then asked them to only draw lines on the eggs, then circles and last triangles. I asked them to color the eggs and ouline them with a black pen or crayon. They cut the eggs out, glued them to any thicker paper they could find at home. Cut them out again.
